Get Your Rates Right.com will send our local assessor to your premises for a free no obligation visit, to ascertain whether we can reduce your Business Rates
The Business Rates new rating list which commenced in April 2017 has resulted in many businesses being faced with unfair and incorrect Business Rates bills. This Rating List would have normally commenced in April 2015 part of a five year cycle, however there had been a two year postponement that has resulted in many businesses facing Business Rates demands that they are struggling to meet. Most businesses will now suffer another increase in their Business Rates due to increases in the Uniform Business Rates Multiplier from April 2021.

An appeal submitted and discussed with your local valuation office. Within a month of a negotiated reduction your local authority may issue a rebate usually backdated to the beginning of the rating list and a revised bill with your lower business rate value.
Please note - At the date of the contract Get Your Rates Right.com will not be aware of all the necessary information to make an assessment of the correct Rateable Value (RV) because the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) does not release all the rental evidence until the proposal is being discussed. If Get Your Rates Right.com is not informed of all the relevant changes to your property, such as extensions, improvements etc., in some circumstances the RV may be increased by the VOA. It should be noted Get Your Rates Right.com cannot guarantee a reduction in your RV.
